LOMI FRIED sukiyaki

If you are bored with the meat, you could replace it with another menu. Like this one, to make it difficult. Good luck!
 

ingredients:
10 quail eggs, boiled
500 grams lomi, brewed briefly, drained
200 grams of beef sukiyaki, each cut in half
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
150 grams caisim, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons angciu
1 leek, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
150 ml of water
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Chopped Seasonings:
4 cloves of garlic
3 red onions
1 cm ginger, finely chopped

How to make:

     Heat the oil. Saute the chopped herbs until fragrant. Enter sukiyaki meat. Stir until it changes color.
     Add eggs and carrots. Stir until half wilted. Enter soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
     Add caisim. Cook until half wilted. Pour water. Cook until boiling
     Enter lomi. Stir well. Enter the sesame oil and angciu. Stir well. Add leek and celery. Stir well. Lift.
