BUBBLE TEA WITH ICE AND BLACK Cincau

Turned out to enjoy the tea not only tastes better when hot or warm. But the tea is cold and served with chunks of grass jelly and sweet basil taste better. Yes, drinks like ice tea with bubble and black grass jelly is feasible for you to try.
 

The ingredients / condiments:

Ice Tea Ingredients:
1,000 ml of water
20 grams of green tea
150 grams of sugar

Bubble Material:
50 grams of corn starch
1/2 teaspoon jelly powder
45 ml of hot water
1/4 teaspoon of instant coffee

Sugar Water Ingredients:
100 grams of sugar
100 ml of water

Supplementary Material:
1 teaspoon basil, soak in cold water
100 grams of black grass jelly, finely grated
200 grams of ice cubes

How to make:

     Ice tea, heat water. Enter the tea. Stir until it changes color. Filter. Add sugar. Stir well. Chill. Set aside.
     Bubble, stir corn starch powder and jelly. Dissolve coffee in hot water. Pour into the flour until the mixture can be formed. Round small size of marbles. Boil until floating. Drain. Set aside.
     Sugar water, mix water and sugar. Cook over low heat and boil without stirring until the sugar dissolves. Pour into the bubble. Let stand 60 minutes to soak bubble.
     Serve Ice tea with bubble and complementary.

 Serves 4
