BAJIGUR

Winter is the most fitting warm drinks. Well, ... drink this one is perfect served cold as a snack accompanied kesukkan you.
 

The ingredients / condiments:
2,500 ml of coconut milk 1 1/2 coconut
4 teaspoons of coffee powder
375 grams of brown sugar, fine comb
75 grams of ginger, roasted, peeled, crushed
6 pieces pandan leaves, made ​​a knot
4 cm cinnamon

Processing way:

     Boil coconut milk, coffee powder, brown sugar, ginger, pandan leaves, and cinnamon, stirring over medium heat until boiling. Remove and strain.
     Bajigur Serve while warm.
