KIWI SORBET

Kiwi fruit instead of Indonesia, but are imported from neighboring countries. But it seems this fruit directly loved by our society. Simply enjoyed straight also fresh and delicious. Taj wrong if we eat a lot because of its nutrient content better for our bodies. This time we make a fruit sorbet kiwai soft and fresh. Come, taste ...!
 

The ingredients / condiments:
150 grams of sugar
175 ml of water
8 gold kiwi fruit, peeled, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
5 drops of yellow dye

How to make:

     Boil sugar and water over low heat until dissolved. Chill.
     Add kiwi. Blend until smooth. Enter the lemon juice and lemon peel. Stir well.
     Refrigerate 2 hours in the freezer. Shake gently. Remove from freezer. Whisk again. Perform up to 2  times. Allow to freeze.
